How Users of apps distributed on the platform may request deletion or restriction of processing of their Data
Users may request the erasure of their Personal Data from the Data Controller at any time. Once the request has been received, the Data Controller is obliged to proceed with the deletion without undue delay and in any case within 30 days of the request.
Users who wish to have their Data deleted or their processing limited must send a request to the Data Controller or follow the procedure at the bottom of this section. In case of cancellation, the User can also proceed to delete their account via the relevant section of their account settings. Afterwards, you will no longer be able to access or restore it. Data collection will cease as soon as requested and all Data stored and collected prior to the request will be deleted.
Users can learn about their rights in detail by reading the "User Rights" section. Users must be aware that there may be limitations to their rights, established by legal obligations to which the Owner is subject. In this case, the Data Controller will explain to the User, without undue delay, the reasons for refusing the request.
